Changing your plan
Sign in
Go to mnrl.app/app and sign in to your account.
Downgrading your plan does not issue a refund for the remaining time on your current period. Your current plan remains active until the next billing date.
Cancelling your subscription
To stop recurring charges, downgrade to the Freemium plan before your next renewal date. You can do this from the Billing section of your dashboard.- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund any charges already made.
- After downgrading, you retain access to Freemium-level features indefinitely.
Credit balance
Your credit balance is shown in your dashboard at all times.- Credits refresh each billing cycle for paid plans.
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Billing errors and disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@mnrl.app within 14 days of the charge. Include the following in your message:- Your account email address
- The transaction reference number
- A description of the suspected error
Updating payment details
Payment details can be updated in the Billing section of your dashboard. Monorail AI uses a third-party payment processor — your full card details are never stored on Monorail AI servers.Need help?
